Monday: Blue & Gold Practice @ AHS 6:00 - 8:00 PM (4-6 year old group practices 6:30 - 7:30) 
Tuesday: Gold Only Practice @ AHS 6:00 - 8:00 PM 
Wednesday: Advanced Practice @ D1 Lakeland Time TBD (Blue & Gold 5th grade and up)
Thursday: Blue & Gold Practice @ AHS 6:00 - 8:00 PM (4-6 year old group practices 6:30 - 7:30) 
Friday: Off 
Saturday: Dependent on Competition Schedule 
Sunday: Beginners Lifting @ D1 Lakeland  time TBD (Blue & Gold 5th grade and up)
