Annual Top Cat Wrestling Camp will be May 28 - 31 for ages 7+ and June 1st for ages 6 and below. (order BY 5/10 to guarantee camp shirt) Click the Log in/Registration button on the top right of the site.
Wrestlers are divided into small groups for instruction based on age, weight and skill levels to maximize their opportunity on the mat.
- Please arrive by 08:45 each day of camp.
- Enter AHS through the double doors facing the back parking lot into the wrestling facility.
- You will need to sign your wrestler in and out each day.
An ACS waiver is required. The waiver will need to be filled out by hand, but you can print it ahead of time here: ACS waiver Good through August to make check in faster on day 1. We will look to start on time.
Wrestlers will need to bring a water bottle and you are welcome to send your wrestler with a snack, but please, no peanuts. Athletic attire is fine along with street shoes for beginners. Some wrestling gear will be available for sale during the camp. Wrestling shoes should NOT be put on until wrestlers are in the building. All wrestlers will be asked to wipe off their feet before stepping onto the mat for good hygiene.
Top Cat Wrestling Camp is hosted by the Arlington Wrestling Club (AWC) and the Arlington High School Wrestling team. Arlington Wrestling Club is a member of USA Wrestling, AAU and NuWay combat sports.
Arlington Wrestling Club’s goals are:
Promote youth wrestling within Arlington and surrounding communities
Develop mentally strong and physically fit athletes
We do this by supervising a disciplined and competitive youth wrestling program that builds youth participants with the ideals of hard work, sportsmanship, and respect for others. Our program is open to beginners and experienced wrestlers. We are one of the larger and more successful programs in the state; producing many mid-south champions, regional champions, All-State, and All-American wrestlers at the club and high school level
Arlington Wrestling Club and the Arlington Tigers Wrestling Program have a very experienced coaching staff. The diverse staff has a combined 75+ years of wrestling and coaching experience from the states of Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, Virginia, Louisiana and Tennessee.
